Terms of Use for “22 Energies”

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years old (App Store age rating) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal consent in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

The App provides tools and informational content related to the “22 Energies” system, tarot readings, AR-based experiences, and interpretations of destiny matrices. All content is provided for personal, entertainment, and informational purposes only. The App is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

The App requires an active auto-renewable subscription to access its content.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off 24 hours before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Additional tarot spread credits may be purchased as in-app purchases. We do not store or process payment details; Apple manages all transactions securely.

The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to identify your session. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and subscription.

If you request full account deletion, all data linked to your anonymous ID will be permanently removed from our servers.

You may create destiny matrices, tarot spreads, notes, and other in-app content. You remain the owner of this content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.

You may delete your content at any time inside the App.

The App may provide links to external WhatsApp community groups. These groups are not part of the App, and we do not control or monitor them.

WhatsApp and its operators are solely responsible for the handling of data and interactions within those groups.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the App.
• Interfere with App servers, security mechanisms, or functions.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the App.

All App content, including graphics, algorithms, AR experiences, text, and other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use the content outside the App without written permission.

The App provides entertainment and informational content only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, results, or interpretations.

The App does not provide professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, results, or opportunities
• Issues caused by third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, WhatsApp)

Your use of the App is at your own responsibility.

We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updates.

We may revise these Terms as needed. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
