This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application “22 Energies” (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects user information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Information Provided by Users

We may collect the following user-provided data:

  • Name (optional)
  • Date of birth (optional)
  • User-generated content (destiny matrices, tarot spreads, notes, etc.)

1.2. Automatically Collected Data

We do not collect device model, OS version, IP address, or any files/photos.

We collect the following service-generated identifiers:

  • Firebase Anonymous Auth ID
  • Firebase Analytics identifiers
  • RevenueCat subscriber ID
  • AppsFlyer ID (only if user grants ATT permission)

1.3. Purchase & Subscription Data

  • Subscription status
  • Purchase metadata (via RevenueCat and StoreKit)

Full payment details are never stored by us.

2. How We Use Collected Information

2.1. App Functionality

  • Generating tarot spreads
  • Creating and displaying destiny matrices
  • Daily card/energy features
  • Storing user-generated content
  • Subscription-based access control

2.2. Analytics & Performance

Used solely to improve app quality and performance.

2.3. Purchases & Subscription Management

Managed via RevenueCat for access verification and credit balance logic.

2.4. Community Participation

The App does not contain in-app chat features. Users may optionally join external WhatsApp community groups. We do not collect, store, or process any WhatsApp messages or user activity.

3. AR & Camera Use

Camera access is used only for AR Tarot features and is processed entirely locally on the device. No images, video frames, or biometric data are stored or uploaded.

4. Tracking & ATT Compliance

The App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission for AppsFlyer. If permission is denied, tracking identifiers are not collected. The App contains no advertising.

5. Data Storage & Third-Party Services

We use:

  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting, Analytics, AppCheck)
  • RevenueCat
  • AppsFlyer (with user consent)

6. Data Retention
  • User-generated content — kept until deleted by the user
  • Anonymous accounts — stored while subscription is active or until deletion request

7. Data Deletion

7.1. In-App Deletion

Users may delete matrices, spreads, and personal data (name, date of birth) directly in the App.

7.2. Full Account Deletion

A full deletion request can be made via WhatsApp support (link available inside the App). All associated Firebase data will then be permanently removed.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or lower local legal age). Please contact us if such data was submitted inadvertently.

9. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including secure Firebase infrastructure, AppCheck, and Firestore access rules.

10. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed on servers in the United States, EU, or other regions where Firebase and RevenueCat operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
